On Tuesday, 22 September 2020, CCS held its first-ever virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting was held over video-conferencing platform Zoom and attended by 24 members, including those who were present online and by proxy. The turnout was considered good even though this being the first virtual AGM held and was comparable in numbers with prior AGMs.
CCS President Philip Lim gave the opening address and provided highlights of 2019 activities together with recent developments in CCS.
All matters tabled in the AGM agenda were voted in agreement. The current executive committee members (EXCO) remain the same as 2020 is not an election year.
The meeting was closed in prayer by Honorary Secretary Joseph Peck with some time left over for interaction and catching up among those present.
