CCS 12th Annual General Meeting

On Tuesday, 30 April 2024, CCS held its 12th Annual General Meeting onsite at CCS conference room. The meeting was attended by 6 members, and 9 members by proxy. This was 65% in attendance of all CCS ordinary members.

The session began 7.30pm with an opening prayer by Hon Secretary, Terrence Teo.

CCS President, Philip Lim, presented his message, reflection of 2023 together with recent developments in CCS. Contents of the President’s address may be found in CCS Annual Report 2023.

All matters tabled in the AGM agenda were voted in agreement.

The meeting was closed in prayer by Vice President, Rev Darren Lim.

CCS 11th Annual General Meeting

On Tuesday, 25 April 2023, CCS held its 11th Annual General Meeting onsite at CCS conference room. The meeting was attended by 5 members, 1 honorary advisor onsite and 7 members by proxy. This was 60% in attendance of all CCS ordinary members. CCS ordinary member count was reduced to 22 members after a membership update exercise held in January and February in 2022.

The session began at 7.30 pm with an opening prayer by Sam Heng.

CCS President Philip Lim gave the opening address which included the highlights of 2022 activities and recent developments in CCS.

All matters tabled in the AGM agenda were voted in agreement.

CCS 10th Annual General Meeting

On Tuesday, 26 April 2022, CCS held its 10th Annual General Meeting onsite at CCS conference room. The meeting was attended by 6 members onsite and 16 members by proxy. This was 95% in attendance of all CCS ordinary members. CCS ordinary member count was reduced to 23 members after a membership update exercise held in January and February this year.

The session began at 7.30 pm with an opening prayer by Patrick Chow.

CCS President Philip Lim gave the opening address which included the highlights of 2021 activities and recent developments in CCS.

All matters tabled in the AGM agenda were voted in agreement.

The meeting was closed in prayer by CCS Honorary Secretary Terrence Teo.
